BAME Staff Network

This logo was created for B.A.M.E community of staff members within Whittington hospital. It all started with the see me first badges created for B.A.M.E staff. The Badge shows that you are in support of and belong to an open, non-judgmental, and inclusive NHS organisation that treats all Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic staff with dignity, equality and respect. The beauty of the B.A.M.E community is in our diversity and it ranges from ethnicity and culture right down to skin tones. Acknowledging diversity is the key to allowing all voices to be heard and to creating positive change.

 I wanted to create something that hinted to the idea of diversity. I took the colours used from the see me first badge shown below and created a gradient to display and emphasise the spectrum of people that make up the network of individuals.
